In 2018, 103 motorcyclists were killed on Colorado roads. Why? Colorado drivers simply don’t always look out for motorcyclists on the road. In addition, the increase in distracted driving has led to an increase in motorcycle accident deaths in recent years. 

All car drivers and motorcyclists need to learn to share the road, in order to prevent serious accidents from occurring. To help combat the rise in motorcycle crashes, the Colorado Highway Patrol operates the Colorado Motorcycle Operator Safety Training Program across the state.

Pedestrian Killed in Accident Near Highway 50 in Pueblo

boy run over by a car | fatal pedestrian accidentPueblo police officials are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred near Highway 50 in Pueblo in March. The accident occurred at 9:15 pm on Friday, March 22 near Highway 50 and Club Manor Drive. The victim was wheelchair bound and was attempting to cross the street when they were hit by a vehicle.
